Our Craftsmanship Process
-
Wood Selection
Our process begins with carefully selected rosewood sourced through government auctions.
-
Seasoning the Wood
After procurement, the wood undergoes a seasoning process where it is dried and stabilized over time.
-
Designing & Shaping
Skilled craftsmen then shape the wood according to the furniture design.
-
Hand Carving
Intricate hand carving is carried out using traditional tools and techniques. This stage gives the furniture its unique artistic character.
-
Mysore Inlay Work
The signature Mysore inlay work is carefully embedded into the rosewood surface.
-
Assembly & Finishing
The furniture is then assembled and undergoes careful polishing and finishing to enhance the natural beauty of rosewood while ensuring durability and smoothness.
